彩涂板的安装方法有哪些？
1.垂直运输板确保母肋面向安装的开始方向，安装一排固定支架并固定屋顶上的檩条，调整板的位置，确保屋顶正确定位并固定在支架上。
2.沿垂直于檐槽的方向将彩涂板放在固定支架上。首先将中筋对准固定支架的边角，用脚筋或木檩条将中筋和母筋紧固在固定支架上，询问检查是否完全紧固。
3.将下一个固定支架固定到已安装的板肋上，并将其安装到每个支架上。
4.用副排固定支架固定副彩涂板的母筋，从中间向两端紧固。以同样的方式安装板。注意连接的可靠紧固，在天沟处保持检查屋顶在一条直线上，以及天沟的垂直度和一些位置的精度。
5.安装时，使用板端定位线，确保彩涂板平行度与天沟垂直度一致。

What are the installation methods of color coated plates?
1. Make sure that the mother rib is facing the starting directionof installation, install a row of fixed supports and fix purlins onthe roof, adjust the position of the plate, and ensure that theroof is correctly positioned and fixed on the support.
2. Place the color coated plate on the fixed support in thedirection perpendicular to the eaves gutter. First, align themiddle reinforcement with the corners of the fixed support, andfasten the middle reinforcement and the parent reinforcement on thefixed support with the foot reinforcement or wooden purlin. Ask ifthey are completely fastened.
3. Fix the next fixing bracket to the installed plate rib andinstall it on each bracket.
4. Use the auxiliary row fixing bracket to fix the mother bar ofthe auxiliary color coated plate, and fasten it from the middle toboth ends. Install the plate in the same way. Pay attention to thereliable fastening of the connection, and keep the roof in astraight line at the gutter, as well as the verticality of thegutter and the accuracy of some positions.
5. During installation, use the plate end positioning line toensure that the parallelism of the color coated plate is consistentwith the perpendicularity of the gutter.
